Taylor Roseweeds is a writer, a radio and podcast producer, an unlicensed anthropologist of social movements, a sound nerd, a stubborn and idealistic anti-authoritarian, a weed in the sidewalk that just won’t die. She is from Eastern Washington and North Idaho and attempts to interrogate her settler-colonial ancestry and the white supremacist history of the region she still calls home in both creative and political projects. Her current works-in-progress focus on collective trauma and its relationship with chronic illness and on examining the questions facing radical social movements through the lens of the archive of her interviews on the same subject conducted on her show, Praxis, over eight years. She has written two collections of poetry and published essays and other writing elsewhere, all of which lives at www.roseweeds.com.
